EThe „Talk with me Barbie“ appeared on the US market in 1997. With the help of a CD-Rom you can program the Barbie to speak some personalized sentences. The unprogrammed Barbie says with a push of the button just the sentence: ‚Hello, let’s go to the computer and play!‘ The programmed Barbie can say several personal sentences to her owner, such as: ‚Amy, you’re so cool!‘ or ‚Amy, you’re my best friend!‘. On the CD there are also some games and a dressing program. To play the CD you need Windows 97 or an emulator. The headmold is the modified SuperStar Mold. Barbie moves her mouth very slightly when she talks.
