EThe first Barbie with this facemold was the Rockstar Diva (Barbie and the Rockers 1986). So the face got the name „Diva“. But four years later it became the standard face of Midge – Barbies friend from old days. So it is also called Midge face. But the official Mattel name is „Diva.“ The face is mainly used for Playline dolls, but even some Collectors got it. Under the collaboration with Disney it was even used for the teenage doll Lola / Lilly Truscott (Hannah Montana).

DDie erste Barbie mit diesem Face vo 1985 war die Rockstar Diva von 1986. Da das Headmold später zum neuen Gesicht von Barbies Freundin Midge wurde, wird es auch von vielen Midge-Face genannt. Die offzielle Bezeichnung von Mattel ist „Diva“. Das Diva Face wurde überwiegend in der playline verwendet, es gibt aber einige Collector Dolls mit Diva Face. Im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit mit Disney wurde es außerdem für Lola / Lilly Truscott (Hannah Montana) eingesetzt.

  2. Hello! One Midge I don’t see here is the Betty Rubble doll, in set with Wilma Flintstone. I understand that you don’t have pics of her, so it’s understandable she’s not here 🙂 Maybe someday you will get a good pic of her.
