ELike Barbies Sister Skipper also Stacie was out of sight for a long time. With Barbie’s entry into the Dreamhouse it was finally room for the whole family again. Barbie’s sisters (also Shelly, now Chelsea) have been refurbished and play an important role in the Barbie clan again. Stacies twin brother Todd, however, was not reanimated. The new Stacie has a cute child’s face and ash-blond hair.

Team Stacie
After some Dreamhouse years Stacie started in a new active era. Since 2019 she is leader of „Team Stacie“ which brings her in playsets around differend active themes. She presents different hobbys and got finally little friends in her size. Team Stacies includes so far an asian, afro american and latina (?) girl plus a litte boy. The boy got his own new facemold, the girls share the face with Stacie. Some of the dolls appeared with modified bodys.

The AA friend is interessted in science, the Asian is a little dancer, the Latinas interesst is „Gaming“ and the boy is in the art class. The friends appeared so far only in one playset, but Stacie herself is produced in a few different Team Stacie sets: Stacie music set with E-Guitar and Saxophon, Soccer set with Chelsea, goal and ball, gymnastic set with sport equipment, hiking set, Pet care with dogs, climbing (extreme sport) and a smoothie set. The price of the playsets is higher and they seems to be rare, not easy to find.

DGenau wie Skipper, war auch Stacie, Barbies zweite Schwester Stacie, lange Zeit in der Versenkung verschwunden. Mit Barbies Einzug ins Dreamhouse war endlich wieder Platz für die ganze Familie. Barbies Schwestern (Skipper, Stacie sowie Kelly/Shelly, die jetzt Chelsea heißt) wurden generalüberholt und spielen wieder eine wichtige Rolle im Barbie-Clan. Stacies Zwillingsbruder Todd wurde jedoch nicht reanimiert. Die neue Stacie hat ein niedliches Kindergesicht und aschblonde Haare.

Team Stacie
2019 läutete Mattel mit der neuen Reihe „Team Stacie“ eine neue Playset Ära für Stacie ein. Stacie präsentiert in verschiedenen Sets ihre zahlreichen Hobbys und bringt passendes Equipment mit: Musik Set mit E-Gitarre und Saxophon, Gymnastic Set mit Barren und anderen Sportgeräten, Fußball Set mit Tor und Ball + Chelsea, Wandern mit Rucksacke, Pet day care mit Hunden (#GFF48), Klettern mit Kletterwand (#GBK61).

Zum Team Stacie gehören auch vier (namenlose) Freunde in Stacies Größe – die ersten Freunde seit Stacies Erneuerung. Die Vier sind eine brunette lateinamerikanische (?), asiatische und afroamerkanische Freundin sowie ein männlicher Freund – der erste nicht verwandte Junge in ihrem Leben. Die Girls teilen sich alle das Facemold von 2010, haben aber teilweise modifizierte Körper bekommen. Der Junge bekam ein eigenes neues facemold.

    It looks like Mattel released a Stacie new friend called Ligaya with a pet dog in 2024, she is part of the Barbie and Stacie to the Rescue line. Unless I am mistaken, I did not see this head mold listed anywhere, so I am including some pictures of my doll from my personal collection for you to use on this website. Her face mold is dated 2021, and is called Ligaya. The SKU# HRM06

  2. hey I have three dolls with this exact facemold but they have a 2004 copyright date on the back of their heads and I can’t find it anywhere

    5. thanks! I actually saw the lila picture from the „Snow! Snow! Snow!“ part of your wee 3 friends article and I thought she looked really familiar and I searched the name on Google and it turns out they were from that set!
