EGrace is Barbies afroamerican friend who was the main figure in the S.I.S (So in Style) series. According to the S.I.S storybook Grace moved from Malibu to Chicago and had her own friends. So far the explanation for this separated afro american doll line. Until 2014 Mattel used the Mbili Face for Grace. But 2015 Grace removed to Mailbu and became an „existing“ part of the Barbie world, mainly as Fashionistas. Her friends stayed in Chicago (SIS has been discontinued). In course of this changes Grace appeared with a modified version of the Mbili face. As the face was patented in 2011, it looks like Mattel has planed the head change on long hand. Some collectors call the facemold Grace, the official Mattel name seems to be „Mbili Playline„
