2018 stellte Mattel ein neues Konzept rund um Barbies Schwester Skipper vor. Zusammen mit ihren Freundinnen und einem neuen Freund betreiben sie ein Babysitters INC (Incorporated) Unternehmen. Für Skipper und die beteiligten Freunde gab es in diesem Zuge neue Facemolds. Skippers neue afro-amerikanische Freundin hat ein sympathisches Lächeln und eine wilde Lockenmähne. Das Face der dunkelhäutigen Skipper wurde 2016 patentiert und zwei Jahre später mit einer ersten Puppe vorgestellt. Es hat eine breitere Nase und ihre Ohren stehen etwas stärker ab. Wie die anderen Babysitters INC Dolls hat sie einen steifen Körper mit einem angewinkelten Arm, in dem sie das Baby halten kann.
Die Dolls aus der Babysitters INC Reihe gibt es in verschiedenen Sets. Einige Sets beinhalten die Babysitter samt Kleinkind, andere bringen unerlässliches Zubehör für den Babysitting-Abend mit: Babyflaschen, Spielzeug, Chips oder Getränke…

In 2018, Mattel introduced a new concept around Barbie’s sister, Skipper. Together with her friends and a new boyfriend, they run a Babysitters INC (Incorporated) company. Accompanying the new business, Skipper and the involved friends got new facemolds and new bodies with a bent arm, to hod the babys. Skipper’s new African-American friend got a friendly smile and a wild mane of curls. The face of the black Skipper was patented in 2016 and introduced two years later with the first doll. It has a wider nose and her ears stick out slightly more.
