In „Frühstück bei Tiffany“ besucht Holly Golightly einen gewissen Sally Tomato im Gefängnis und überbringt ihm den „Wetterbericht“. Ihre Aufwartung macht Holly im „Kleinen Schwarzen“.
Dazu trägt sie: einen schwarzen, lampenartigen Hut, der einen weißen Chiffonschal um die Krempe gebunden hat, eine schwarze Sonnenbrille, schwarze Abendhandschuhe, schwarze Pumps, schwarze Nylonstrümpfe, einen schwarzen Sonnenschirm und eine dunkelbraune Handtasche in Kroko-Optik.
Mit diesem hübschen Outfit erweiterten Mattel und Paramount Pictures 1998 ihre Kooperation in Sachen Mode für Sammlerpuppen. Der Designer des Originalkleides war – wie so oft bei Audrey Hepburn – Hubert de Givenchy.
