DIn Mattels Tribute Collection erschien im August 2023 eine María Félix Barbie. Die mexikanische Schauspielerin gelangte in den 1940er Jahren zu internationalem Ruhm. Dass sie häufig die Rolle der femme fatale spielte, brachte ihr den Beinamen „La Donna“ ein. Sie gilt bis heute als Ikone des lateinamerikanischen Films. Eines ihrer Markenzeichen war die hochgezogene Augenbraue, die auch für ihre Barbie übernommen wurde. Das Facemold wurde look to likeness gestaltet und trifft die Züge der Schauspielerin recht gut. Sie starb 2002 im Alter von 88 Jahren

EAs part of the Tribute Collection, Mattel released in August 2023 a Barbie of the mexican actress María Félix. Her film career began in the 1940s, she often played the role of femme fatale and became an icon of Latin American film. One of her trademarks was the raised eyebrow, which was also used for her Barbie version. The dolls facemold was designed to look likeness and matches the actress’s features quite well. She died in 2002 at the age of 88.
