EWith the Holiday Barbie edition 2016 Mattel issued a brunette Barbie with a modified Headmold from the 2014the playline collection. Mattel calls this new face „Neysa Collector Size“. The both faces are nearly identical, the only difference seems to be the headsize.

There is a size difference, but it’s often difficult to see or to measure 🙂

Hello Erwin, collector faces are a little smaller mostly.
I recently got the 2018 Graduation Day Brunette Barbie and was surprised to see that her head is the bigger playline version stamped 2014. She did not use the 2015 Collector Neysa head even though she was a model muse collector doll.
