2010 brachte Sekiguchi die Early Spring Marina Momoko Doll heraus. Das kupferrote Haar vereint zwei Frisuren in einer: lang und mit Dutt. Marina trägt einen schwarz-weiß gestreiften Pulli mit dreiviertel-Armlänge und darüber einen kurzen Dufflecoat in aufwendiger Verarbeitung. Um ihrem Namen „Early Spring“ auch gerecht zu werden, trägt Marina außerdem eine sog. Chino-Hose (leichte Baumwollhose) in beige-braunem Farbton. Hellgraue Sportschuhe (Sneakers) runden das Bild der Puppe ab, die sowohl klassisch als auch leger gekleidet ist.
2010 kam noch eine Variante der Doll heraus, nämlich die sog. „Bitter Brown Version“. Die Puppe trägt identische Kleidung, aber brünette lange Zöpfe.
