2017 brachte Mattel das US-amerikanische Model Gigi Hadid als Modepuppe heraus. Im Jahr zuvor war sie globale Markenbotschafterin der Modemarke Tommy Hilfiger geworden, dementsprechend trägt ihre Barbie ein markantes Hilfiger Outfit. Die Barbie wurde look alike gestaltet, allerdings machte Mattel keine näheren Angaben zu dem Face Sculpt, so ist nicht ganz klar, ob es special für Gigi entwickelt wurde.
